At the heart of our approach is a 1-to-1 treatment philosophy – your session is yours and yours alone. Every 45 minute follow-up session is a continuous dialogue between patient and therapist to assess your progress. We believe that the best healing environment is not a rushed one, and involves your brain as much as it does your body.
We take a global view of the body to address your own movement dysfunctions and an active, movement-based treatment system to restore function. You will receive a unique treatment plan to address those issues, not just a pre-planned set of exercises.
Your treatment is focused on you and your goals to help you return to doing the things you love. Tell us what you need to get back to, and we’ll do our best to help you get there.
